Video ads for HVAC companies that keep the schedule full all year

We make motion graphics video ads for HVAC contractors: tune-ups, repair calls, system replacements and maintenance memberships. Script, animation and music in vertical format for Meta and TikTok, with no need to pull a tech off a job to film. Pay online, tell us your offer and get your videos in 24 business hours. Start with 3 ads for $97.

The real problem: the weather runs your calendar

Every HVAC shop knows the pattern. During a heat wave or the first cold snap, the phones ring off the hook and you barely need ads. Then spring and fall roll around, nobody's thinking about their system, and your techs have gaps in the board. That shoulder season is where good ads earn their keep.

On top of that, homeowners don't really know what they're buying. They can't tell a capacitor from a compressor, and they have no idea when a repair still makes sense versus a full replacement. Motion graphics turns the technical stuff into simple visuals: how air moves through the system, what a tech checks on a tune-up or what your membership includes, without filming customer homes or your crew.

Which ads work in each season

If you also do plumbing, electrical or roofing, see our pages on video ads for plumbers and video ads for home service businesses.

How to book jobs without burning your offer

One job type per video. A dead AC, a tune-up and a membership are different intents, so split them.

Name your service area up front. Calling out your city or county in the opening seconds filters out people you can't serve and makes the right neighbor feel like the ad is talking to them.

Have the ads ready before the season hits. Once the heat or the cold shows up, it's too late to start writing scripts. Keep tune-up, repair and replacement versions on deck and rotate them so your audience doesn't tune out. Our guide to ad creative fatigue shows how to spot it.

Ad rules: pricing, tax credits, efficiency claims and financing

These mostly apply to US ads. This isn't legal advice, so check with your advisor.

Teaser prices. The FTC's Guides Against Bait Advertising (16 CFR 238) describe bait advertising as an attractive offer the advertiser doesn't really intend to honor and uses to switch people to something pricier. If you advertise a tune-up price, it has to be real and your tech has to actually perform that service. And if you say "free," the FTC expects the conditions to be clearly disclosed right in the offer.

The 25C tax credit. According to the IRS, after the July 2025 law known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit isn't allowed for property placed in service after December 31, 2025. An ad still promising a "federal tax credit" on a new heat pump can be flat out false. State and utility rebates vary by area, so we only include the ones you send us in writing.

ENERGY STAR. Only use the ENERGY STAR name for models that are actually certified. Partner logos are reserved for organizations with a signed agreement, and the brand rules prohibit implying that EPA endorses your company.

Financing. If the ad states a monthly payment or a number of payments, Regulation Z requires you to also disclose the down payment, the repayment terms and the rate as an "APR." On Meta, financing ads aimed at the US belong in the Financial Products and Services Special Ad Category, which limits targeting. Our guide to Facebook video ads covers the basics, and if you also install panels, see video ads for solar companies.

Formats and language

Every video is 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, delivered as an MP4 ready for Ads Manager. Each video can be in English or Spanish. On the trial you can add 1:1 and 4:5 versions for the Facebook feed for $19, a revision round for $29 per video and 3 static ads for $47.

What we need from you

A short brief at checkout: what each video sells (tune-up, repair, replacement or maintenance plan), the cities you serve, your offer word for word with its conditions, your real service hours, any payment options and their disclosures exactly as they need to appear, the equipment brands you're cleared to show, your link, colors and logo. Add a reference ad you like. We don't need access to your ad account and there are no calls. Ready? Start with the 3 video trial.

FAQ

How much do video ads for an HVAC company cost?

You can try 3 ads for a one-time $97, once per business. For fresh videos every month, plans go from $297 for 10 videos to $797 for 40, and the Agency plan is 100 videos for $1,797.

Can you mention tax credits or utility rebates?

Only what you give us in writing and can back up. The federal 25C credit isn't allowed for equipment placed in service after 2025, so we don't add it by default. Verifying every incentive is on you.

Can I advertise financing or monthly payments?

Yes, with your exact disclosures. If the video mentions a payment amount or term, send us the down payment, repayment terms and APR as they need to appear, and run the campaign in Meta's special ad category if it targets the US.

Do you run the campaign or guarantee leads?

No. We deliver ready to upload videos and we don't promise a number of booked calls or sales. You or your agency run the campaign.

How fast do I get the videos?

Within 24 business hours of payment. If we're late, you get a free extra video, and if a video doesn't match the brief, we redo it.
