Video ads for cleaning companies that earn the key to the front door
We make motion graphics video ads for residential and commercial cleaning companies: recurring maid service, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleans, office cleaning and Airbnb turnovers. Script, animation and music in vertical format for Meta and TikTok, no need to film your crew or anyone's home. Pay online, tell us your offer and get your videos in 24 business hours. Start with 3 ads for $97.
The real problem: you're asking for a key to their house
Booking a cleaner isn't like ordering takeout. Your customer is letting strangers into their home, often while they're at work. Before they even look at price, they're wondering who's going to show up, whether it'll be the same person every time, what happens if something gets broken and whether the quote is really the quote.
So a cleaning ad competes with doubt before it competes with anyone else. The company that wins answers those questions before the customer ever reaches out: how you hire, what you're covered for, how you price and what each service includes. Motion graphics lays that out with icons and on screen text, without showing anybody's living room.
Match the ad to the service
- Recurring cleaning: weekly, biweekly or monthly. Sell the time back and the consistency: same crew, same day, one less thing to think about.
- Deep cleaning: spell out what's included that a standard clean skips, like inside the oven, baseboards and grout.
- Move-in and move-out: for renters chasing their deposit and buyers getting the keys to an empty house. Realtors and movers are natural referral partners, so see our pages on video ads for real estate and video ads for moving companies.
- Office and commercial: after hours service, pitched to the office manager or owner who signs off, not the homeowner.
- Airbnb and short-term rentals: hosts care about turnovers that never miss a check-in, fresh linens and damage reports. Talk to their calendar, not their countertops.

Practical tips for cleaning company ads
Put pricing up front, or explain it. Plenty of people never reach out because they fear the price will change. If you price by bedrooms and bathrooms, by square foot or by the hour, say so. If the final price depends on a walkthrough or photos, show it as a step, not as fine print.
Show who's walking in. Uniforms, background checks, the same team every visit. Only what's true, but early in the video.
Be specific about coverage. "Insured" and "bonded" aren't the same thing. General liability covers damage to a client's property, while a janitorial bond reimburses the client if an employee steals. Say which ones you carry.
Refresh your creative. Local audiences see your ads again and again, so rotate angles. Our guide to ad creative fatigue goes deeper.
Ad rules for cleaning businesses
"Free" needs its terms right there. Throwing in a free fridge clean with a first deep clean? The FTC's Guide Concerning Use of the Word "Free" (16 CFR 251.1) says the conditions must be stated clearly at the outset of the offer and close to it, not in an asterisk footnote, and the paid service can't cost more than its regular price.
No bait pricing. The FTC defines bait advertising as an alluring but insincere offer to sell something the advertiser doesn't really intend to sell. A "$59 first clean" is fine if you actually do that clean at that price, exactly as advertised.
Recurring plans sold online. If customers sign up for auto-billed service on your website, the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) requires you to disclose the material terms before collecting billing info, get express informed consent and offer a simple way to cancel.
Real reviews only. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, in effect since October 2024, bans fake reviews, reviews from people who don't exist and undisclosed reviews from employees. Meta and TikTok also reject misleading ads; our guide to Facebook video ads covers the basics.
Licensing for cleaning businesses varies by city, county and state, so check what applies where you work.
Formats and language
Every video is 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, delivered as an MP4 ready for Ads Manager. Each video can be in English or Spanish. On the trial you can add 1:1 and 4:5 versions for $19, a revision round for $29 per video and 3 static ads for $47.
What we need from you
A short brief at checkout: the service for each video (recurring, deep clean, move-out, office or Airbnb), the neighborhoods or cities you cover, how you price, your offer word for word, the coverage you carry, how you vet your cleaners, your phone number or booking link, colors and logo. Add a reference ad you like. We don't need access to your ad account and there are no calls. Ready? Start with the 3 video trial.

FAQ
How much do video ads for a cleaning company cost?
You can start with the 3 video trial for $97, once per business. After that: Starter is 10 videos a month for $297, Growth is 20 a month for $497, Scale is 40 a month for $797 with white label, and Agency is 100 a month for $1,797. Do I need to film my crew or a sparkling kitchen?
No. These are motion graphics: animation, text, icons and music. We use your logo and colors, and nobody's home has to be on camera.
Can you say we're licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes, exactly as you send it to us in writing. We don't add coverage, licenses or guarantees on our own, and checking what your city and state require is on you.
Do these work for commercial cleaning and Airbnb turnovers?
Yes. We write separate angles for offices, short-term rental hosts and families, since each one books for different reasons.
Do you run the campaign or guarantee bookings?
No. We deliver ready to upload videos and we don't promise a number of leads or booked cleans. You or your agency run the campaign.
